Chayofa is a residential area above Los Cristianos and the TF1, in the municipality of Arona.
It is one of the most residential and quiet residential areas in the south of Tenerife, 500 meters from Hospital del Sur, 6 minutes from Los Cristianos and 12 minutes from Tenerife South Airport. Mainly built with private villas in the upper middle class.
Due to its slightly elevated position, almost all properties enjoy spectacular views of the Atlantic Ocean, La Gomera and the Teide. There are daily bus services that take you to the center of Los Cristianos or Las Americas.
A commercial center, a playground, shops and a hairdresser are nearby.
The Finca del Arte, which is very close by, often organizes art exhibitions, jazz evenings with live music and much more.
