These 16 villas are designed by the architects Virgilio Gutierrez and Eustaquio Martinez. It is exceptional architecture in an impressive landscape. The villas are built in the upper part of the beautiful Roque Del Conde (Adeje) where you can enjoy a breathtaking view of the sea thanks to the implantation on a hill and at the back you have a view of the beautiful nature of the Roques del Conde. Each villa is designed in such a way that you can enjoy the view from both the living room and the bedroom, as well as from all frontal terraces. The villa is built on three levels against the mountainside. The mountain landscape gives a feeling of peace and privacy, even though you are only a few minutes by car away from the busy seaside resorts. The 16 plots vary from 1000 m² to 1500 m² and have an interior surface of 180 to 350 m². All villas have a private pool and a modern, fully equipped kitchen. The lower level can be set up on request as a complete guest suite with separate entrance, or as a gym or office space. This level also has a beautiful view of the ocean.
